Three exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced Operations Advisors to join the team at the recruit group, (trg) where we pride ourselves on our ability to offer a “One Stop” solution to our clients. Responsible for providing high levels of customer and candidate service and ensuring all recruitment and plans are completed in a timely and effective manner at all times.

Established in 1999 as Southern Recruit, trg has grown rapidly and is now regarded as one of the UK’s leading specialist, independent driving providers, currently operating with more than 800 HGV1 drivers.

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will be first point of contact for all recruitment activities.  You will be responsible for registering suitable candidates in line with Company and/or client criteria, completing candidate clearances/references and ensuring candidates are fully compliant before being booked on to the plans. You will also develop and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and understand individual requirements to ensure better planning and coordination of open and assessment days.

The hours applicable for the three roles are:

• Monday to Friday; 07:00 – 16:00
• Monday to Friday; 10:00 – 19:00
• Saturday and Sunday; 07:00 – 19:00 Part Time, 24 hours per week

To be successful in this role you will have previously worked in a customer focussed role and be a strong communicator and relationship builder. We are looking for dynamic and flexible individuals with previous recruitment experience who are keen to hit the ground running.

HGV Jobs South Ockendon

Salary £10.45 per hour – £14.00 per hour

We are looking for professional LGV C+E, HGV 1,Class 1 drivers to work for a large retail customer based in South Ockendon.

To ensure work consistency – we offer you block bookings of work.  This also helps drivers get to familiarise themselves with dedicated routes. The shifts are mainly AM deliveries, however all drivers will need to be flexible as some PM shifts will be required.

Peak days are usually Tuesdays – Thursdays. Drivers will be working with roll cages so would be expected to help unload vehicles on delivery.
