- ISOTRAK – You will have a system in the Unit called ISOTRAK which tracks and monitors your route. If you receive a message you must respond as soon as it is safe to do so. If you get any problems whilst out either being delayed at a store by more than 30 minutes or breakdowns etc you must send ‘Urgent Message’ via the ISOTRAK. Also notify Transport if you need to stop and take a break.
- Fleetboard – is a system Tesco uses to monitor the performance of all their drivers (you will have been given a brief overview of the system during your assessment). Fleetboard results are published weekly and will either be handed to you by the site manager or you can ask to see them. Please take these reports seriously and concentrate on the written development points. All drivers are expected to achieve 95% or above and we will monitor scores. Those who fall short of the target score will be given training to help achieve this score.
- Tachomaster – To ensure legal compliance to drivers’ hours DHL use a system called tachomaster. This system measures all drivers’ hours to ensure they comply with EU legislation. You will be asked to download your tachograph card at the end of each shift which feeds the information into tachomaster. If you infringe the law the tachomaster system will prompt for you to be re-trained as necessary. If you need refreshing on drivers’ hours and the law, please speak to a member of the trg team.
