Road Haulage
In 2010 we were pleased to announce the launch of trg Haulage, which is a perfect compliment to our existing business of supplying HGV driver and warehouse personnel.
Our Road Haulage division boasts a fleet of brand new 44 tonne vehicles, providing our clients with a “One Stop” solution for both their driver and vehicle needs.
We are currently the only agency with our own Road Haulage Fleet.
Our current fleet consists of DAF and Renault Premiums all in trg Haulage livery. 90% of the fleet is brand new and benefits from the motor industry’s latest technology focus in the reduction of Carbon Emissions. In addition all vehicles are Euro compliant and have full maintenance, replacement and recovery packages in place.
Our client base, which includes some of the largest retail groups in the UK, benefits from our logistic services which include day hire, lane work, contract management and full fleet responsibility.
Our vehicles are also used in conjunction with our training division to deliver remedial training of our own drivers, where onsite training can greatly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our driver workforce. This often leads to the reduction of accident damage and increases awareness towards safer, more efficient driving which are important factors in reducing costs and maintaining brand image for our clients
Our unique proposition ensures that our haulage drivers having already passed client assessment, offer the added benefit of flexibility for the client by familiarity of their processes and routes and enables greater support.
